1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ak443 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service available through the ak443 website at https://ak443.net and any associated sub-domains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the ak443 platform, you enter into a binding agreement with ak443 and accept these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

ak443 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ak443 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page.

These Terms are written in English. In the event that these Terms are translated into any other language for convenience, the English version shall govern and prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the ak443 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout the period during which you hold an account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, employer, or business entity. The account is for your personal use only.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of ak443 or any of its associated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You do not have an existing active or self-excluded ak443 account.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or equivalent responsible gaming protection scheme in any jurisdiction.

ak443 reserves the right to request identity and age-verification documentation from any player at any time, including prior to the first withdrawal, upon any change in payment method, or at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by ak443 may result in account restriction or closure.

Where ak443 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is held by a person under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method. Any winnings or bonus amounts accrued will be void and will not be paid out. ak443 may report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of ak443 services, including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladesh mobile phone number, and a secure password of your choosing.

You are permitted to hold only one ak443 account per person. The operation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance, including both deposited funds and winnings, at ak443's sole discretion. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact ak443 support immediately to resolve the matter.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ak443 account credentials, including your username and password. ak443 will never ask you for your password through any communication channel, including live chat, WhatsApp, or email. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ak443 support immediately.

All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ak443 support without delay. ak443 strongly recommends enabling two-step SMS verification on your account, which is available in the account security settings section immediately after login.

Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information held on your ak443 account is accurate and up to date at all times. This includes your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details. Changes to registered information must be made through the account settings section or by contacting ak443 support. ak443 may require verification of any change to sensitive account information. Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent stage is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ak443 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum and maximum limits for bank card and bank transfer methods are displayed in the cashier section of the platform at the time of transaction.

All deposits are processed and credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the player's ak443 account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfers and card payments may take longer depending on the processing time of the issuing institution.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 1 to 4 hours of the withdrawal request being submitted, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified method on file. ak443 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in a name other than the registered player name, or accounts that have not been used for a prior deposit.

ak443 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting KYC documentation, transaction history review, or source of funds verification. These checks are conducted in accordance with responsible gaming obligations and applicable financial compliance requirements. Withdrawals may be delayed while such checks are in progress. ak443 will communicate the status of any pending withdrawal to the player via the registered email address or live chat within a reasonable timeframe.

Deposit and Withdrawal Restrictions

ak443 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal transaction that ak443 has reasonable grounds to believe is connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, account abuse, or a violation of these Terms. Deposits made using payment methods not registered to the account holder's identity may be refused and returned. Players must not use ak443 as a vehicle for transferring funds between payment methods — deposits must be made with genuine gaming intent.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ak443 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar (such as BPL season promotions, Eid specials, and Pohela Boishakh offers). All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is communicated, which form part of these Terms.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all ak443 bonuses and promotional credits:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per offer) before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the offer communication.
• Eligible Games: Not all games may contribute equally — or at all — toward satisfying wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category will be specified in the bonus terms. Live casino games, instant games, and certain slots may have different contribution rates.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Unused bonus funds and incomplete wagering requirements will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless ak443 expressly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. Players may not stack multiple bonuses simultaneously.
• Bonus Abuse: ak443 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines at its sole discretion that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematically exploiting low-edge games to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinated play between multiple accounts.

ak443 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal or modification does not retroactively void a bonus already credited and actively being wagered through in good faith by an eligible player.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on ak443, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or any other interaction with ak443 or its support team.
• Using the platform in any manner that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the ak443 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with or exploit the platform or any game on it.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, live casino table games, or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting any software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes ("palpable errors") in games or odds. Winnings derived from a demonstrable palpable error are void and ak443 reserves the right to correct such errors retroactively.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward ak443 support staff or other users of the platform.
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise assigning your ak443 account or account credentials to any third party.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographical or account restrictions applied by ak443.

ak443 employs automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Upon detection of any prohibited activity, ak443 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all pending bets and withdrawals, freeze the account balance pending investigation, and permanently close the account, forfeiting any remaining balance in accordance with the findings of the investigation.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

ak443 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ak443 has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where continuing to operate the account presents a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the platform, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting ak443 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to all wagering requirements on active bonus funds being either completed or forfeited.

Players seeking a temporary break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through the responsible gaming tools available in the account settings. ak443 supports self-exclusion periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent closure. 8. Limitation of Liability

The ak443 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While ak443 makes all reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, ak443 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ak443 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from platform unavailability or technical errors.
• Losses arising from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature, even if ak443 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game rules, which are provided for informational purposes only.
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, including delays, failures, or errors in processing deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ak443's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
